Conductivity: Introduction | Michael Pilgaard's Web Chemistry
What is conductivity?
Conductivity is often (erroneously) perceived as the ability to conduct an electric current through a conducting material. At best, some may remember something about conducting heat. This is usually in connection with insulation, that people remember this. While these are important elements in regards to conductivity, the moderns approach to science requires a braoder and far more detailed view on the subject.
